DATA COLLECTION METHOD

Process by which data are captured, compiled, and extracted from the data source

AUTOMATION

It indicates whether the calculation, aggregation, and reporting of the KPI can be executed automatically by an information system without requiring manual data manipulation. Possible values for this field are": “Automated“, “Partially Automated“ or “N/A“

BASELINE VALUE

Reference value against which future performance is measured

ASSUMPTIONS

Assumptions are the external conditions, outside of the KPI owner's direct control that must hold true for the KPI to be valid, meaningful, and accurately interpretable, and for progress toward the KPI’s intended target to be measured

LIMITATIONS

Known constraints affecting data quality, coverage, comparability, or interpretation

REVIEW FREQUENCY

This field captures the frequency with which the KPI value is measure against the target

QCPR INDICATOR

Boolean field type (True/False). The QCPR Indicator field specifies whether the KPI is directly derived from, aligned with, or required by the UN Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR) framework

IS THE KPI A UN COMMON OR COMPLEMENTARY INDICATOR

This field indicates if the KPI is Common or Complementary

CONTRIBUTING AGENCIES

This field identifies which UN agencies also use the same KPI (UN Common) or use a closely aligned version of the KPI (UN Complementary). It specifies the organizations with which the indicator is harmonized or coordinated, supporting transparency on inter‑agency alignment

POINT OF CONTACT

Designated point of contact for the KPI
