2.3. Supply chain services

PURPOSE

The purpose of this KPI is to measure the performance of WFP as a provider of global interagency supply chain services, assessing its ability to deliver support within agreed lead times and meet external service provision commitments

CALCULATION FORMULA

Result KPi = Σ (Contributing Service Provision Transaction completed within the agreed lead time)  /  Σ (Contributing Service Provision Transactions) X 100  

CALCULATION STEPS

  1. Measure ontime delivery: Each service contributing to global interagency logistics or procurement support reports how many of its eligible transactions were delivered within the agreed lead time

  2. Consolidate results across services: The ontime transactions from all contributing services are combined and compared against the total number of eligible transactions for the reporting period

The data for this KPI is sourced from a combination of system-generated records and performance reports managed by contributing services within SCD, including, but not limited to, procurement, logistics, shipping and aviation

The data is collected from individual service results reported by contributing services within SCD
